Refund policy
We want you to love your stuff. If you don't, we'd like to know about it.
We offer refunds for two very reasonable situations:
— We sent you the wrong thing (our bad)
— It arrived damaged or defective (also our bad)
What we don't refund: buyer's remorse, a sudden change of personality, or deciding sarcasm "isn't really your thing" after all. Respectfully.
You've got 30 days from purchase to flag an issue. After that, we're going to pretend everything is fine, and so should you.
To request a refund, email us at snarkysarks@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We'll handle it. That's a promise, not a threat.
This policy may be updated whenever we feel like it. Current version always available at www.snarkysarks.com.
Also: please wash your shirts correctly. The care instructions exist for a reason. We're just saying.
