Orders & Shipping

How long until my shirt shows up?
Every shirt is printed when you order it, so it takes 1–3 business days to make, then 3–5 business days to ship. Busy seasons can stretch that. We're popular. We're not apologizing.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $74.99. That's about three shirts. You know at least two other people who need one.

How do I track my order?
Tracking info hits your inbox the moment your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us fast. Because shirts go to print quickly, we can't promise changes once production starts — but we'll try.

The Shirts

What are they made of?
Bella+Canvas 3001: lightweight, ring-spun Airlume cotton. Solid colors are 100% cotton; heather colors are cotton/poly blends.

How do they fit?
Unisex retail fit, true to size. Check the Size Chart before ordering — seriously, it takes 30 seconds.

How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach, no dry cleaning. Treat it better than you treat your coworkers and it'll last for years.

Returns & Refunds

What if something's wrong with my order?
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every shirt is made just for you, we can't refund or exchange for size or a change of heart. That's why the Size Chart exists. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Everything Else

Do you have discount codes?
Sometimes. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to catch them before they're gone.

How do I reach a human?
